The beginning in your animation is nice in the cartoony style, but I think don´t follow the bit of the audio and dialogue. The lip sync looks off.

Maybe other things should have come first but I have a technical criticism. The lip sync is a bit far from the sound. The human character needs more clear mouth shapes I think. Have a good work :)

Nice work! I like the gestures and movement of the first character as he steps into the room and shuts the door.
I think some of his head movements need some more inbetweens on the line "..crime lab" at frame 39.
