Nice work. I like your use of the rigs, animating them as bi-pedal characters. The 2nd character's acting is spot-on.

I would exaggerate the movement of the first character as he walks in and interacts with the props on the desk. Pushing the up/down movement of the body would help him feel a bit heavier.

I like the first dragon's expressions. And the twist with the second. It needs a little better lip sync though, I think.
