You need to work your staging, the angle of the camera and the position of your second character is not good. Your character looks rigid, try to practice first body mechanic exercises like a Walk Cycles, jumps, push and pull.

the character's movements are quite awkward and floaty specially when the guy in front is walking inside the lab, there's a lot of pauses in the motion. try to work on the transitions between poses, meaning have a clear ease in and ease out. Try to animate like you're animating a bouncing ball and look for those clear motion.
