Nice blocking! I really like the energy of the first character, his excitement reads through the poses well.
I also like how the first character looks over at frame 161, however I would also have him shift his weight and pose slightly, possibly straightening his back a bit. This would add some movement to his performance without breaking up his focussed reading.
