Very interesting composition, I enjoy the comic-panel layout.
The characters seem to float through the majority of the piece. I would try to focus on specific poses, hitting important "key" moments of the dialogue for both body and facial animation ("Woah, "Crime lab", "thorough" etc). Then, focus on the inbetween-poses.
I'd really like to see you continue to work with this type of layout. Keep going!
