some really nice stuff here, but feels like it could be pushed further. Having both hands clasping the cup feels like it really limits your options, and the body could rotate more to the sides, especially if you want something more cartoony

Nice start! One thing that harms this a little is that the spoon is locked into the cup even during crazy giant movements. That pulls the viewer out a little, because it is distracting. So it either needs to rattle around a bit, or probably better just tone down the wild motions of the character. :) Good luck with your next entry!
