good artistic detail on the characters and background, however the overall lack of movement makes this feel like a lot of potential was lost on this, whether this was a lack of time, experience, or something I don't know, but I definitely think you should work on getting the characters to move more.

I like the character designs and setting!
But, in general, it lacks the fundamentals. Just moving the mouth and changing the expression is not enough. You should try and branch out to body mechanics. And even with the mouth moving, the lip sync on the male character, in particular, is off.
