Good effort!
The motion is too robotic and over exaggerated.
Lip sync is off and needs improvement. At times it's a bit ambiguous.
In general, it lacks the fundamentals. I would suggest learning the simple "bouncing ball" exercise to start understanding the basics of animation.
I would also shoot reference so that you can get a better idea on how you want to animate the characters so that they move more naturally.
