The rendering is good but the animation needs a lot of work

Cool setup! I like the mood!
However, in general, it lacks the fundamentals. Your characters lack weight to them and are floaty throughout and they move robotically. Your posing needs work as well.
You should try and shoot reference so that you can get a better idea on how you want to animate your characters. If you did, then I would follow that a bit better.
