In general, it lacks the fundamentals. Your characters lack weight to them and are floaty throughout.

Don't forget to animate the body if you're animating the head, neck and limbs. Look at the "flour sack" exercises online. It shows how the body moves without limbs.

You have some awesome subtle movements that help bring the characters to life, would suggest adding blinking. When the character with the blue shirt looks down and then up again, that would be the perfect place to put a blink.
