Nice subtle movements! I'd just tell you to try adding more energy, pushing the poses when the dialogue sounds more lively, I think it would really help improve the scene.

I like the subtle gestures, they add a nice touch. I can definitely relate to how this guy feels about doing work :D
That being said, the idea is a little bland. A gag would help to spice things up! (Unless you weren't going for humor)
