I had to watch it twice to understand that Bill peeing because in the first shot, I was looking at the one talking and not Bill. Which is why I asked myself why is bill not doing anything with his hands while he is talking.

Bill's pose throughout is a bit odd because he looks as if he's peeing in the vending machine and he could look let down when he says, "adequatulance" but the lip sync and the rest of the animation are fine.
