The good things I will say about this piece is that you have decent drawing skills and some sense of timing. Those will definitely help you in the future.
However, after watching this, I don't think you know the first thing about animation. There's a ton of YouTube videos out there, so get yourself a solid foundation. Use construction shapes to orient your characters in 3D space and lines of action when posing your characters, and think about drawing the key poses of each character over the time span of the piece, rather than just drawing each character frame by frame without a structure.

Despite a few missing frames, some rather basic lip sync and Bill's head enlarging when he says, "adequatulance," the characters are well-drawn, the poses are fine and the animation is not overdone.
