Don't quite understand the scenario apart from Bill hiding his sandwich in a no-food zone but other than that the animation is good on the whole, the colours are pleasant and the lip sync is adequate.

This has a lot of potential if you're willing to take it a step further! I think you should have added a gag somewhere. I know he's hiding the burger, so maybe something bad should happen because of it? Maybe, he puts it in his pocket instead of hiding it behind his back and it soaks through his pants?

Great job over all though. The fact that it's finished is nice!

I like the style, and the characters are really interesting in design so that's a nice perk. Right now despite it being limited style animation, it feels a little stiff. One thing that will help that is moving the body shapes more, rather than only the arms/legs. Also beneficial may be rounding the pants/collar lines because it won't feel as flat. (Unless that's just the style you wanted.) Anyway, keep at it because it's a really good start here!
