This made me laugh. The rigid posture of Bill matched by his little face twitches is entertaining and contrasted nicely by the more fluid movements of "Sir" especially the awkward eye movement at the end.

Bill bolting upright is very rapid, he mostly remains static and the other man's brief arm moments during Bill's line are a tad floaty but most of the poses and the lip sync are good.
