in your shot there is too much motion and not enough realism or even thought as to why he is doing that motion, remember that every motion you do must have a reason and purpose to be there.

"What is wrong with you?" - "Well I had all my spinal vertebrae removed." - Don't just throw the head around, go for actual poses! XD Even a toony model like this could use more subtle animation.
