the poses seem to sometimes stop dead. You might be able to get away with it a little in 2d but with cg it catches your eye a bit

I got the feeling you are trying to use a lot of "animation tricks" and not necessarily a natural way of acting. that's why the audio and video feel kind of separated from each other In my opinion...
