Check out your poses. There's a lot of movement in the hands,every word they said the accent are in the hands! See or film some reference and watch how a person normally moves. Usually there's no much movements in the hands.Keep the work :)

The acting is pretty good. More facial expressions, the eyes look too calm. But i assume you lacked some time for that :)
