beware not to leave the Ik hand's controllers floating in the air. Timingwise in general try to hit more the pose. I liked the guy pulling the chair closer, and the way the guy points was also nice. Also don't be afraid to really pose the hands, use all of the controllers in order to build the pose the way you want.
