The thing that jumps out at me is that the guy on the right's hand is twisted completely to hold the gun. Maybe look up reference on how to hold a rifle. The animation itself is decent, but the lipsync could do with another pass.

Nice little story you invented to that audio file. Overall animations look fine :) The last step of the right person looks a bit strange. Also the left one is doing to much movement in a short amount of time, but I like the posings :)

The wrist of the rig on the right is broken, if you look at someone hold a gun the fingers should be where you have the palm. Other than that and a few minor fixes It looks good.
