When the guy in black shirt pulls his leg closer to him it could be a lot smoother. Maybe to avoid the appearance that his foot was stuck try moving his leg closer? Then there's the blinking of the camera. One way to avoid such a thing when switching camera angles is to use the bookmarks tool (if you're using Maya) to get the camera to change quickly without that blinking appearance.

At around frame 190 you have an issue with some keyframes / animation curves. You should check at the end of every animation if the graphs look good. There must be a hard break in the curves.
