A bit stiff, also I suggest working on the lady's fingers as they're close to the camera but they seem like they were all animated at once. They take a good amount of time to be honest, but it's worth it especially for the woman in this scene.
Oh yeah! Add more should movement as well, if the characters arms are moving their shoulders should usually move a bit as well.

don't worry about lip sync. animate from the spine/hips/shoulders. if you can nail those, the lip sync is just icing. focus on fundamentals. eat your meat and potatoes before your dessert.
