The woman doesn't move naturally with her torso and her movements aren't smooth enough, but the other character at the end seems much more lively and smooth I would look at him as a reference to what you should do in future animations

You've got a good start here, but I feel like the camera moves at the beginning are distracting and don't allow you to focus on the actual character. It feels like a lot of the actions are lacking force to them, for example, around frame 89, where she is putting her hands on her hips.
