Fun idea, but a bit repetitive.

Perhaps for all of the characters, it could've been better if you also created an idle animations, e.g. the wind instruments and the mouth with birds.
I really like the string animation from the character on the top middle position and the one on the bottom left (the belly vibrations).
Blinking of the characters with eyes would have produced a better, natural animation overall.
Nice colour scheme and concept.
