This one is very appealing! I especially like the pacing of the first few seconds as the character is introduced to the room. I really like the camera angles too. The only thing I would consider tweaking is the 4th shot. The fact that it starts with her head cropped off and has her abruptly sitting down is a little bit jarring.
Overall though this is one of the my favorites!

when the little girl sits on the chair, the animation could be improved more. Like adding overshoot and cushion, it's so abrupt as it is. But this is top 3 for sure!

Love the performance on the blonde lady. The little one could do much better if there was some sort antic up right before she drops down onto the chair.
