I'd say put more work on the expressions, the sync is pretty off, and hands and arms needed more variation on the timing and poses

timing and posing could be stronger. I'd suggest filming reference for more interesting acting choices as well

Pick characters that fit the voices in the audio clips so your audience will believe they are the ones saying the lines and be able to focus on your work instead of asking themselves if that is a man's or woman's voice instead.
