Not sure why the camera is shifting to the left on 2nd character. Acting is good, could be worked on to look more realistic. Try recording yourself acting for 2nd character and see if it makes a difference

While using three different people for the animation makes you different from other entries, I think it doesn't make sense. You as the animator need to have a sense of each character and the storyline and project that with your animation. And the lip movements seems to be a bit off. Focus on a simple read for the audience and making your characters believable as the ones saying the lines.
