Intriguing opening poses and believable movements, gestures (love the guy with the top hat readjusting himself on the tabletop - really well done). The transformation is the weakest part, but I forgive it because the skeleton still has his tie on (though the animation on that is also weak) and because I think the lip sync is strong. Yes, the guy's foot is going through the table, but with additional polishing, you have a really interesting and entertaining animation. Good job!

You have to be careful on which area of the frame to focus on. I was glued to your SR character when the SL one had the dialogue. Good work though!
