I really like the Western setting of this! Staging is OK, though I initially thought the 'Yessss' was coming from the girl, not from the guy kind of hidden on the right (it could be because she moves forward about when 'yesss' is said). Poses are good, I like the smugness of the cowboys, the casual cigarette smoking, etc.
I feel like there's a lot of extra motion on the first cowboy between 'call him' and 'see if he'll...' His head especially seems to move around a lot. The second guy is better, I feel like the motion is a bit more directed and deliberate than with the first guy.

The cow boy moves too much

Great work! It seems sometime over animated (particlary on the lipsync of the first character) but it is very good over all!
Kiran Hulle
nice

Great shot, very nicely animated, great job, should do well, a potential winner in my opinion.

First speaking character needs holds. He just seems to flow from one pose to the next without giving me a chance to really read the body language. Second speaking character is much better. Good work on the facial expressions.

The first mans movement is wild and unbelievable, while the girls and the further man's are quite good, good job, i like your style. but dont get carried away. Also I saw the WIP you posted I think and I was hoping you would get a little further along. Good job though. Lack of movement with the first two while the other man is talking makes it a little unbelievable as well.

Great character designs, and well drawn! The timing and weight seems a bit unnatural at times. Awesome work though

the guy on the right is great. I dont really get what the girl is doing though. She is moving too slow for a headbutt, her hair suggest to me that she yells or spits but it really isnt clear what she is doing there.
Lefty just moves too much. I think you just tried to put too many key poses together. Try using less poses and let the audience see them, i.e. give them more time. Something that hellps me a lot is writing down what the character thinks. Then you can either animate that or him, trying to conceal his thoughts.
