Great looking characters, and from what I can see great animation. My only issue is the dragon is lost a bit in the darkness of the scene and behind the first character, I think the camera panning slightly to the right and out a bit more would have made it perfect in my opinion. But fantastic job and a potential winner.

Not bad at all, very suptile. But your front character seems to stop moving around 225. Adding some moving hold cold be interesting. Some more exagerated facial animation could be good too!

Even for quick movements in the face there should be a slight overlap, or ease-in and outs.
