The motions are too slow. Overall, the animation is very floaty. Also, the lipsync is over animated. Don't animate every phonems and use a reference to see how you pronounce the words.

Good plot, great looking characters. Movements and need a tiny bit of refining, but overall nice work.

Really like the design and background. However one thing maybe to focus on is the lip sync, its a bit mumbly (try for strong, clear mouth shapes) and the body acting is a bit floaty at times. Also check your walk in the beginning but overall nice work I really enjoyed this piece!
