nice try man! If you work Pose to Pose, you wont have strange head poses with the eyes looking crazy. If you pose the eyes and the head at the same time, you wont have that problem.
On any head turn, its a good idea to add a blink during that movement as well

I really like the movement she does in the beginning (40) but his action in response (around 110) feels unnatural. I would sit a person down and have them do the action a few times to help you see how the arm and elbow would move more naturally. I thought the OTS angle at the end was interesting and not one you usually see in animation but more in live action but I actually wish you'd gone closer on her face since it's an emotional moment for the character but that's more of a preference. Overall, great job!

Very floaty. If you add more inbetween poses you'll see a big improvement.
