really great animation here. what brings your score down is that hand pose that you hit twice. Never his the same pose twice.
otherwise its really strong.

I feel that some of the lip sync part could be better, but overall the animation was nice and subtle.

I really like all the subtle movements you have, it gives it a more realistic look. When he says "I guess not" his right hand pops up very suddenly, you should probably add some inbetweens.

Not a fan of the second guys hand gestures (to emphasize what he says). Seems unnatural. But other than that it looks good.
