If the kid is in a kidnapped situation, he would be moving more. If you wanted him still, you should've perhaps put him in a sleeping position. Also, the first character's pose isn't aligned to her eye. Minor details really add up. Also minimize the camera movement. Nice work though. I like the second character's poses.

Everything freezes except the controls of the poses you want to achive body moves as a whole

The set-up seems a bit too convoluted, try to think of something simpler next time and focus on the animation more.
