I wish we saw more movement/change when we punch in dramatically on his face at the end. The first "shot" is very impressive, nice shadow detail. I really like the kid's movement, lots happening at once but very smooth and human. The doctor's response was nice as well, we get a strong sense of awkward sympathy in his body language.

I like the staging of the first shot, clear what the situation is. Animation could use some accents, overlap, etc. Has some drifting between poses.

Feels floaty overall..might wanna tighten the timing a little. I think the back part could be better if its the doc's pov. With the main character looking up at the end.
