Wow this is scary simiar to the one that i submitted, all the way down to the arm movements. Wonderful job!

He looks like the kinds guy to give himself a good pep talk in the mirror. heh
He seems like a very animated sort of rubbery person. I like the angle of the camera as he stands up giving his pointing arm a bit of foreshortening. I can only imagine a rainbow show up when he opens his arms at the end, he seems like a real optimist.
The only thing that I would at to this would be lighting if only when he points giving it moe exaggerated lighting for the scene and maybe a little movement at 62-108. It feels a bit too still but this is really well done all of his movements!

after the character says "on that evening walk" , there is small pause with no movement at all. I think you should add a little movement so the character does not feel too stiff.
