more range/variety in the mouth shapes would be nice, most of the lipsync is being driven by rotating the jaw, which feels robotic. Otherwise, I like the body movement!

Yup thats arable the little claw wave and wiggle at the end was great. The few steps he takes at one point add a lot too.
If I could add anythin it's be that he changes colors when he says swaggering but thats not necessary this looks great
