You've made a great effort and the result has great appeal, however I feel like you could improve it a lot more by holding your poses a bit longer. At the moment some of the key narrative poses just whizz by and I had to watch it through a couple of times to properly understand it!

Frame rate is way too fast. Good drawings though.

Hi! Nice characters :D I don't really get the acting choices unfortunately. I would also add more life to the dog in the first shot, and start the move or at least a look to side in that shot and cut in move.
