Girl seems too stiff.
Her back it straight throughout the whole animation. She should bend her back alittle from time-to-time when she is speaking to give more life to her movements

The timing is a little too even, but there are some interesting poses. The facial expressions could be pushed a little more. Keep going !

I think the major factor holding this piece back is that the expressions stick too close to the default pose - try pushing them more and have them reflect the character's state of mind in this scenario.

I like all the key poses, the movements feel a little slow at times, maybe try adding a few more breakdown poses or a few more key frames should do the trick
