Needs a lot of work on lipsynch. Arms are very stiff, also think about moving holds.

Lack of facial expressions throughout and the last angle lacks expressive arm movements. Since we can't see who's talking, whoever is should be more expressive with their movements.

Dont look finished to me.. the character should be seen talking and not straight walk onto the bridge.. I like the background though!

In the future, start thinking of your animations as a Scene in a stop motion movie. This will help you understand that all movements need a strong poses and design before you can actually get to animation. Every frame counts, so make each frame look the best as it can possibly be.

The poses on the tan-coloured guy during "What?" and "Why?" are cliched (the pose on "Why?" also looks unnatural). Other than that, I liked the majority of the lip sync and animation as well as the camera rotation at the end.
