Pretty good. I think it could use some stronger body language to carry the dialog. Without emphasis, it just looks like lips moving. Also, I'd have the pointer stay pointing to the map when the guy indicates the streams. It would make a stronger point

The general from frame 103 to 120 moves more like a cowboy when he enters. At the same time he could point to the map with that same bounce, but doesn't.

Need more polishing on the arm movement.. too stiff..

The timing could use more work. As it is, it feels very stiff and linear.
