Lipsynch needs a lot of work. Character movement is a little too exaggerated on right character.

characters are just always moving, needs some holds for the gestures to work. You have some nice poses in there but overall they just blur together

The poses are all over the place. They are exaggerated, which is okay, but they don't seem natural or believable. Your poses are based on poses, not on acting choices.

The bald guy's arm bend at frame 83 looks a bit unnatural while some of the movements are a bit floaty and choppy. Good lip sync otherwise.
