The lipsynch needs a lot of work.

Maybe it's just me but for some reason the hand between frames 215-235 seem odd in that it's finishing a follow-through either too quickly or just doesn't have enough motion for it. I could be wrong too also but it's just a timing thing that makes it look off to me.

These characters feel too stiff, maybe loosen them up and add some overlapping and secondary action

A couple of cliched poses on "Why?" and "I'm fuzzy" and the lip sync could be more pronounced on the black-haired man. Other than these issues, the movements are not overdone.
