Lip sync is way way off. Characters did not match at all

Mouths are out of control.

The lips do not match the audio, and the Max rig is way too stiff.

The lips need to match up sync with the audio clip and there is not a lot of movement. Also eyebrows of the "mother" rig moves very slow and the nose is moving on its own.
