Don't really know what's going on with that beginning pose, or the story in general. He appears to be talking to himself, but one of the voices is a woman's, so it's more confusing than anything else. As for the animation itself, it's pretty solid besides that beginning pose and the awkward slow turn in the middle. Maybe if he shifted his weight to the other side instead of just turning it would've made it look more natural. Confusing, but not bad.
