your motions are way too slow and it doesn't look like they are talking

Watch how the head floats slowly all the time. If you can eliminate that floatiness things will improve a lot.

Verry floaty. Lip sync and key poses need work.

Heh weird surreal floaty squirrels. Nice to see something a bit different. The animation is not really animation though.
