Well, I think you need a little improvement in the sip sync area. It looks like your characters are just going "bababa", the mouths don't change shape. And you don't need to move the mouth that much on every sound they make. Oh, and don't forget that your characters have a whole body that can move, not just their limbs. But keep practicing!
