He can use more body/shoulder movement and less-neutral facial expressions. Otherwise a nice animation and good render.

This is very good. I think its pretty right at beginning, except his torso remaining stationary for the entire first dialogue...maybe add just little tilt in their somewhere at some point/ or breathing.
