First of all, even though it was minor, don't add extra sounds (the clock ticking)
I barely saw any movement in your characters shoulders, heads, eyebrows and eyes in general. Watch yourself or someone else saying something and notice how the parts of the body that I mentioned move. Even the littlest movements can take you animation to the next level. Sorry if I came across as rude, I'm just trying to help out :)

Hi there. My advice for you is to strengthen your contact poses. Practice contrapposto and line of action. Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.

You need to keep the characters moving even after they're talking. The characters are stiff, you need to put more life into them.
