Good idea!

Cool idea! I think you could have just left master at the bottom of the stairs, that movement back up to the door doesn't really add anything to the story

I like the scene, particularly the little spinning costume change at the end there, and the boy's expressions are great.
You've used some *very* fluid motions on the master when he zips around to different parts of the screen, which are great, and I'd definitely encourage you to refine those and bring a bit of that fluidity into the rest of his actions, even if you're not fully deforming him. For instance, that wave he gives to the sky after rolling up could have a beautiful curved arc in his movements for it.

I like the little bits he did to fill in the blank time like measuring the boy. really added something unique to the character through movement. you get a sense he is a meticulous individual.

scaling is a distraction...

There's some great stuff amongst all the dashing about, but I think the amount you tried to put in makes it too muddling. The start is very good. If he was rendered more like a genie that would of course help translate this fact... If he was meant to be a genie?:)
